Going to #Health2con, that is: Health 2.0 in Santa Clara, California, September 21st through September 24th?
Don't miss CareSync COO, nurse and patient advocate Amy Gleason, who'll speak Sunday afternoon at the Patients 2.0 session Sunday afternoon and on Monday morning, will be at the Caregivers Tools session, demonstrating the CareSync medical records, doctor's appointment service and care coordination app, including its new integration with self-tracking devices.
Also representing patients' concerns at Health 2.0 will be Amy's daughter, Morgan Gleason (@morgan_gleason on Twitter), a 16 year-old rare disease patient, patient advocate and speaker whose video about hospital care went viral earlier this year (more about that in Forbes).
Amy Gleason, who has been with CareSync every step of the way in developing its app for medical records and care coordination services, was recently profiled by digital futurist Maneesh Juneja, is well-known on Twitter as @ThePatientsSide, and is a member of the Society for Participatory Medicine.
In addition to talking about the ways CareSync's medical records app, doctor's appointment service, and care coordination tools make customers lives easier and healthier, Amy will also provide a tour of the new features of the CareSync app, which includes integration with many of the top wearable self-tracking devices, and other behavioral trackers such as journals and pain scales, so you and your doctors can see the data you collect in the same place as the rest of your medical records.
Got questions for Amy, Morgan or @CareSync? Tweet us in advance or at #Health2con or find us at the conference.
Looking forward to seeing everyone in CA!
