It's the day for love...here are a few ways to make it a healthy one!

♥ It's National Donor Day.  Make sure you're registered in your state...you just might save a life.

♥ Go Dark.  It's a big day for sweets. Dark chocolate has less sugar & can actually be good for you.

♥ Focus on Giving.  Here's a great article on how giving can improve your health.
