Pro: Manage Users

This section allows you to add staff logins & roles.  

Access the Manage Users section:

  • Log into CareSync Pro
  • Select "Manage Users" from the left panel

Add/View Users:

  • Select a user to view the credentials
  • Create a new user with the Add button
    • Select a role for the user
      • Admin:  Can modify practice settings
      • Provider:  Requires NPI, included in patient invite options
      • Staff:  All other logins
    • Email is required to create a login
    • The password must be created here
  • Edit User functionality coming soon!




Platforms Available:  Pro features are available on the web.  Current and one prior version of each browser is supported.
