Pro: Manage Members

View Patients & Usernames, Resend Invites

View patient login (email/username) here, and resend invitations.

  • Log into CareSync Pro
  • Select "Manage Members" from the left panel
  • There are three sections available:
    • Members who have active accounts are in Members.  Search for the patient, then view the login (email or assigned username) and invitation date.
    • Pending invitations are on the next tab.
      • Pending invitations are those sent in the last two weeks.
      • Search for the patient, then view the login information and invitation date.  
      • Select Resend to send another invitation to patients who have email addresses.
    • Expired invitations are on the third tab.
      • Expired invitations are those sent more than two weeks ago.
      • Search for the patient, then view the login information and invitation date.
      • Select Resend to send another invitation to patients who have email addresses.


Platforms Available:  Pro features are available on the web.  Current and one prior version of each browser is supported.
